Will I need a solicitor?

Will a solicitor be expensive? Can I afford it?
With us, the size of your wallet does not effect your ability to pursue compensation. The solicitor charges nothing until they have won your case. Then, they recover the fee from the party that caused the accident. Not from you.
Will I have to pay the other sides solicitors costs?
No, If litigation insurance is considered, third party costs are covered by your litigation policy.
Can I be compensated for other losses other that personal injury?
Yes, you are entitled to claim for any uninsured loss including loss of earnings, expenses, clothing etc.
Is there a time limit?
Normally three years from the date of the incident. However, if you were under the age of 18 when the accident occured, you can make a claim anytime prior to your twenty first birthday.
How do I know that SOS Claims Ltd. will give the service as promised?
We, as a company are regulated by the Ministry of Justice and are fully licensed. Should we not give the service promised, our license may be revoked.
